What happens if the site breaks or goes down?

Great question. So far, in more than 10 years of providing brand management sites, that has never been an issue. However, if we are hosting your site, we are responsible for ensuring that your site is always up and running. If you are hosting your own site and have a problem, we will be glad to work with your IT department to quickly resolve the issue.
